WARRANTY

Warranty

1- Ray Blinds Inc. products are warranted against defects in materials, workmanship, or malfunction.

2- All internal mechanisms for 5 years including Operational cords, clutch and brackets.

3- Cordless mechanism 2 years

4- Battery Motors for 3 years, low voltage and regular wired motors for 5 years from the date of original purchase.

5- Repairs and/or replacements will be made with the next available parts or products.

6- Ray Blinds Inc’s warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

Not Under Warranty
1- INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, MISUSE OR ABUSE.

2- Normal wear and tear.

3- Damage to the product due to reprogramming of the motor by the customer is not covered by the warranty.

4- Excessive exposure to sunlight, moisture, wind and water.

5- Normal wear and tear, discoloration or fading over time. Exceptional use, improper operation, improper handling or modification.

6- Damage to pets and insects.

7- Dough wiggling, cupping, or puffing is to be expected for all fabrics to varying degrees, depending on the individual characteristics of each fabric.
