We messaged Ray Blinds in the evening after hours and they responded quickly, gave a competitive quote with warranty, came to measure next day, and installed the day after. Owner is very friendly and advised us on all the options pros and cons on our needs, no pressure. Installation technician is also friendly. I had Ray Blind provide and install full window coverings on all my main floor windows. The consultation was informative and I was given several options to choose from. Communication throughout the process was timely. The measurements were accurate and pricing was reasonable. Everything was installed in 1/2 a day, just 3 weeks after placing the order.
